Who is responsible for your data
Daniela Jasso Garza is responsible for the personal data collected on this site. Address for notices: Río Orinoco 171, Suite 206, Col. Del Valle, San Pedro Garza García, N.L., 66220, Mexico. For anything related to your data, write to privacidad@daj.mx.
What I collect
In the private room, I ask for your name and email address when you enter, to prepare your copy. Giving them is voluntary: you can enter the room without them. I also record the date and time of each visit, the room you opened and the documents you downloaded or viewed. That record does not include your IP address or browser information.
On the public pages I use Google Analytics, which records data about the visit without asking for your name or email: pages you viewed, approximate city or country, type of device and browser, and where you came from. See Cookies and analytics below.
I do not collect sensitive personal data.
What I use it for
- To prepare personalized copies of the documents, with your name in the watermark.
- To keep a record of who accessed each project's documents, to protect my clients' confidential information.
- To contact you, if needed, about the documents you accessed.
- To know how many people visit the public pages and what they read, to improve the site.
The first three purposes are necessary for the private room to work. The fourth is not, and you can turn it off at any time (see Cookies and analytics). I do not use your data for advertising, I do not sell it and I do not use it for any purpose other than those described here. If I ever wanted to use it for another purpose, I would ask for your consent first.
Who I share it with
I do not transfer your data to third parties without your consent, except where the law provides. The site and the access record are hosted by Vercel Inc., in the United States, acting as a processor: it stores the information on my behalf and cannot use it for its own purposes. Visit statistics are processed by Google, also as a processor, on servers outside Mexico.
How long I keep it
I keep the room access record for 12 months. After that, I delete it. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its use (ARCO rights under Mexican law). You can also withdraw your consent. To do so, write to privacidad@daj.mx with your name, the right you want to exercise and the data it concerns. I will ask only for what is needed to confirm your identity, and I will answer within the time limits set by law.
Cookies and analytics
In the room I use a technical cookie to keep your session open. It lasts up to 72 hours or until you sign out.
On the public pages (not in the room) I use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies (_ga) to tell one visit from another. That tells me how many people come, which pages they read and how they found the site. I do not use it for advertising, I do not combine it with other data, and Google does not receive your name or email.
You can turn it off at any time: with this button (it applies to this browser), by blocking cookies in your browser, or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab).
Changes to this notice
Any change to this notice will be published on this page, with its update date.
Authority
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the authority for personal data held by private parties under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
